BrainsyAI Payment Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to BrainsyAI (“the Service”), you agree to the following payment terms and conditions:

1. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • BrainsyAI offers subscription-based access to its platform. Plans and pricing are listed at checkout and may vary based on the selected package.

  • By starting a subscription, you authorize BrainsyAI to charge the payment method you provide for the plan you selected.

  • All fees are billed in USD unless otherwise stated.

2. Free Trial & Credits

  • From time to time, BrainsyAI may offer a free trial or a credit-based free trial (e.g., 10,000 credits).

  • Free trials require a valid payment method at signup. You will not be charged until the trial period or credit balance ends, unless you cancel before then.

  • At the end of your trial or once credits are used, your plan will automatically convert to the selected paid plan unless canceled.

3. Renewals & Auto-Payments

  • All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) unless canceled.

  • Renewal charges will be made to the payment method on file.

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account settings.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access until that time.

  • No partial refunds or credits are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of BrainsyAI, all payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.

  • Exceptions may be made in cases of duplicate charges or billing errors, which will be corrected promptly upon notice.

6. Payment Methods

  • BrainsyAI accepts major credit and debit cards.

  • You agree to keep your payment information accurate and up to date.

7. Failed Payments

  • If your payment method fails, we may attempt to reprocess the charge.

  • Access to the Service may be suspended until payment is successful.

8. Pricing Changes

  • BrainsyAI reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.

  • Any changes to subscription fees will be communicated to you in advance and will not apply until your next billing cycle.

9. Termination

  • BrainsyAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Use or fail to make payment.
